Arooj Aftab is set to release Night Reign, the follow up to her critically acclaimed album Vulture Prince, on May 31, 2024. Ahead of the release, she shares “Raat Ki Rani,” the album’s debut single and a music video helmed by actress Tessa Thompson (in her directorial debut) and produced by Kishori Rajan, who heads Thompson’s production company Viva Maude. The program featuring Itzhak Perlman includes Handel's Violin Sonata in E Major, Op. 1, No. 15; Beethoven, Sonata for Violin and Piano No. 9 in A Major, Op. 47 'Kreutzer'; and Schumann, Fantasiestücke, Op. 73.
