The Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performance Arts is Celebrating 20 Years of Artistic Excellence and Commitment to the Community.

On the occasion of the Kravis Center's 20th anniversary celebration, the Center is poised to present an exciting and eclectic array of International Artists and attractions from every discipline, including Broadway legend Bernadette Peters, talk show champion Larry King, song stylist supreme Diana Krall, the renowned Joffrey Ballet and inimitable funnymen Dennis Miller, Martin Short and Larry the Cable Guy.

Highlights of the Kravis Centerr's upcoming season will include two different Patti's (LaBelle and LuPone); two daytime legends on one stage (Regis Philbin and Susan Lucci); the Munich Symphony, Cleveland Orchestra and Moscow Classical Ballet; as well as musical tributes ranging from Tommy Dorsey to the fully staged rock concerts of Elvis Presley and Pink Floyd; along with stage sensations HAIR, STOMP and BLAST!

"Our upcoming 20th anniversary season will be particularly exciting," said Judith Mitchell, Chief Executive Officer of the Kravis Center. "With such a well-rounded roster of performances, the Kravis Center once again provides something for everyone and this season reflects our commitment to offer programming that is as diverse as the community we serve."

"From some of America's favorite musicals like DAMN YANKEES, FIDDLER ON THE ROOF, MY FAIR LADY and SOUTH PACIFIC, as well as recent Broadway triumphs such as THE ADDAMS FAMILY, LA CAGE AUX FOLLES starring George Hamilton and COME FLY AWAY, this blockbuster lineup will offer an amazing array of Broadway fare, along with plenty of delights for those who love comedy, dance classical music and jazz," said Lee Bell, Senior Director of Programming at the Kravis Center.

In addition to performances in the 2,195-seat Alexander W. Dreyfoos, Jr. Concert Hall, the Kravis Center will present a diverse array of drama, music and dance in the intimate 289-seat Marshall E. Rinker, Sr. Playhouse, and the flexible Helen K. Persson Hall. Some of the Family Fare performances will be held in the outdoor Michael and Andrew Gosman Amphitheatre.

The 2011-2012 Kravis On Broadway season boasts a powerful line-up that includes the macabre new musical comedy THE ADDAMS FAMILY and the exuberant Tony Award-winning revival of the tribal rock musical HAIR. Add to this stellar roster the new, highly praised version of LA CAGE AUX FOLLES, the Tharp-meets-Sinatra dance-filled COME FLY AWAY and the soul-stirring new 25th anniversary production of LES MISÉRABLES. Subscriptions are on sale now for as little as $140.

Beau HigginsCurrently spending his time between New York and Florida, Beau was born to a theatrical family in Brooklyn. He studied drama at the Lee Strasberg Theater Institute and at HB Studios. He studied theater singing with Julia Sperratore and Helen Gallagher. Beau later taught drama at the Lincoln Center Square for the Arts. It was at this time Beau began working with the Theater Development Fund and helped found New York's famed HALF PRICE TICKET BOOTH. Early in his career, Beau was screen tested and contracted for Warner Brothers. He co-hosted, an early cable variety series on Manhattan's Teleprompter channel. At this time he directed the Johnny Specca musical, SEX IS..? at the Lincoln Center Library Theater. Beau has performed Off-Broadway in FAT FELL DOWN, The Comic Strip Theater's LITTLE LULU AND THE INVISIBLE INK and WILL THE REAL ZOOPERMAN PLEASE STAND UP. Around the country he has delighted audiences with his performances in ANYTHING GOES, THE APPLE TREE, GUYS & DOLLS, and HELLZAPOPPIN! He sang for New York audiences at such cabarets as The Duplex and Upstairs at the Downstairs. He has had numerous television appearances but is most proud to have been a winning contestant on the game shows JACKPOT and THE $20,000 PYRAMID.
